A Client Success Manager is assigned to every customer at the beginning of an engagement, and supports all of the customers’ needs for the duration of the project. This continuity in account and project management allows us to provide the highest level of service to our customers. Our client success managers will:
- Conduct bill reviews for your carrier services
- Track and manage lifecycle move, add, change and delete (MACD) orders
- Maintain current network documentation
- Act as an extension of your organization

Our engineers are fully prepared to perform extensive inside wiring of category 5 and 6 LAN cabling, Ethernet connections, DSL, T1, T3 and fiber demarc extensions.
