RJ Chapple President
In addition to leading the team’s vision and execution, RJ is responsible for maintaining and growing business relationships with both clients and strategic business partners. A member of Creative Technology Partners’ Board of Directors, he reports directly to the chairman.
RJ joined CTP’s National Account Management division in 1995; he was promoted to vice president of sales in 2004 and president in 2009. Prior to CTP, RJ held various management positions with Avis, including regional director of operations.
RJ received a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Communication from Ohio University.
Rick Duran Executive Vice President
Rick is responsible for leading the sales efforts in support of CTP’s expansion and growth. As a member of the executive team, Rick is also responsible for key business partnerships and evaluating new service offerings for introduction to the marketplace.
An 18-year-plus veteran of the technology industry, Rick has extensive experience in communications and hardware solutions. Before joining CTP in 2009, he held numerous positions with AT&T, including leadership of the AT&T Premier Client Group for South Texas, a $331-million business unit. Before AT&T, Rick was regional manager with Cisco Systems, one of several executive positions he has held in telecommunications.
Rick received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Houston.
John Costoulas Chief Operating Officer
John leads company operations including professional services, contract management, sales and network engineering, project management, IT operations and IT strategy.
A 40-year veteran of the technology industry, John joined CTP in 2005 after serving as US director and VP of information technology for Omni Offices/HQ and then CIO for the Americas at Regus. For 21 years before that he worked in various technical and managerial positions within Wisconsin Bell, Southern Bell, AT&T and BellSouth.
John is a US Army veteran, with service in Vietnam.
Joe McKinney Vice President, Advanced Services
At CTP, Joe manages a broad portfolio of services and solutions for enterprise and growth markets. He also oversees a company-wide initiative that drives leadership in several areas of private and public cloud environments while combining research, development, product management, solutions engineering, sales and marketing.
Joe, who has 16 years’ experience in the software industry, previously worked in sales, marketing and product management for companies including CA, Compuware, Visual Networks, Brix Networks, Narus and OPNET Technologies.
Kevin Hyed Director of Sales Engineering & Solutions Architecture
Kevin provides engineering design and support for sales and operations in addition to providing direction and leadership to the engineering and project management teams. A member of the executive committee that researches, reviews and operationalizes new products and services, he reports to the COO.
Kevin, who began his professional IT career at CTP in 1989, has over 23 years of IT experience in WAN/LAN design, deployment and WAN, and application support using Cisco, Adtran, Juniper, SonicWall, OPNET and other applications.
Joshua Peterson Senior Solutions Architect
Joshua assists with the research, review and analysis of new products and services that leverage the latest technology. He reports directly to the Executive Vice President.
Joshua has been with CTP for 14 years and has extensive knowledge of the management platform, client solutions, and operations within the network operations center and engineering departments. During his tenure, he has moved through various roles within the NOC and network engineering before moving into a leadership role and providing a best-in-class experience to our clients. This enables Joshua to advise our clients on best practices and how to increase their network’s efficiencies and management, as well as recommend newer technologies that could allow higher availability, increased bandwidth and a more seamless solution to their current environment.
